BOSTON – Two Holbrook organizations were among the list of more than 50 recipients that will benefit from the $1.4 million allocated by the state through the Commonwealth Nonprofit Security Grant Program.
Through the grant, Holbrook’s Brockville Bible Church will receive $17,695.16 while the Holbrook Jewish Community Center will receive $25,276.62.
The grant, which is awarded through the state’s Executive Office of Public Safety and Security’s (EOPSS) Office of Grants and Research, provides one-time allocations to assist nonprofit organizations such as places of worship, faith-based community centers, and similar entities with enhancing building safety and security for its members and staff.
